**Nortempo Seleção** is currently recruiting for the position of **Maintenance Manager**, in collaboration with a reputable client located in **Guimarães**. **Description**: * Responsible for the maintenance area, including textile machinery, boilers, HVAC systems, fire safety and firefighting systems, forklifts, and lifting platforms; * Daily management and coordination of the maintenance team; * Monitor compliance with general and equipment-specific preventive maintenance procedures; * Manage materials and procurement of spare parts; * Responsible for updating control documentation and associated procedure reports; * Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations; * Coordinate the mechanical team's tasks within the workshop; * Coordinate external service provider teams; * Manage corrective, preventive, and other mandatory equipment inspections; * Implement new maintenance procedures and methodologies. **Requirements**: * Previous experience in similar roles (mandatory); * Mechanical training (mandatory) / Mechanical Engineering background (preferable); * Technical knowledge of AutoCAD for preparation and interpretation of technical drawings (preferable); * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems (mandatory); * Proficiency in Office software (mandatory); * English language skills (preferable); * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; * Problem-solving ability and initiative, strong conflict management skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. **Offer**: * Direct contract with the client company; * Salary according to demonstrated experience; * Bonuses / Profit sharing; * Working hours: 09:00\-18:00; * Career progression opportunities.
