Positive work environment JOB OPENING – HVAC SUPERVISOR upK, a Maintenance Management company, is currently recruiting an HVAC Supervisor to join its team. Location: Porto Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance teams for HVAC systems; Ensure work execution in accordance with project specifications and technical requirements; Plan materials, equipment, and workforce; Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines; Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; Identify and resolve technical issues on site. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and team management; Solid knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Leadership, organizational skills, and strong sense of responsibility; Knowledge of occupational safety; Driver’s license (preferred).
