Work environment with a strong R&D component A SUMMARY is an architecture studio headquartered in central Porto, specializing in building projects that implement prefabricated and industrialized construction systems. Job Description Responsible for developing specialty engineering projects within architectural and industrialized construction contexts, specifically: \- Developing projects for: \- Hydraulic and HVAC installations; or \- Acoustics, fire safety, thermal performance, and energy certification; \- Producing technical documentation to support projects (descriptive reports, drawings, quantity take-off schedules); \- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate specialties; \- Working with BIM methodology and optimizing workflows using AI tools. Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles; Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; Registration with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Technical Engineers; Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation; Organization, autonomy, and teamwork spirit; Interest in innovative construction systems and digital methodologies.
