Main Responsibilities: Operate and program CNC machines for wood (cutting, drilling and milling); Read and interpret technical drawings and production orders; Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish of produced parts; Perform basic adjustments and preventive maintenance on machines; Comply with the company’s safety and quality standards; Collaborate with the production and quality control teams. ### **Requirements** Previous experience with wood CNC machines (preferred); Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and CNC cutting software (CAD/CAM knowledge preferred); Sense of responsibility, precision and attention to detail; Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team; Availability for a fixed afternoon shift; Willingness to learn and progress professionally. ### **Offer** Working hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday); Base salary: between €920 and €1,100, depending on demonstrated experience; Integration into a solid and innovative company belonging to a growing group; Initial and ongoing training in a technological and safe environment; Excellent working conditions and career progression prospects.

The assistant is encouraged to propose ideas for contact acquisition and suggest campaigns, strategies, or actions (e.g., flyers, partnerships, local outreach). All submitted ideas will be reviewed, and if aligned with SOS Serviços’ values, the company will support and implement them using the necessary resources. Payments and Earnings €3 per appointment scheduled (average of 6 per week) + additional commissions on services secured on-site by installers visiting clients’ homes (based on feedback from other professionals, monthly earnings exceed €900) during the first 3+3 months of the probationary period. After this period, performance is jointly assessed — evaluating organization, teamwork quality — and, if positive, after six months the contract transitions to: Part-time or full-time employment (if desired) or continuation as an independent contractor (receipt-based) Teamwork (Very Important) We strongly believe in teamwork.
