We are developing a strategic planning application for a major German automotive OEM. This solution implements a novel cause\-and\-effect\-based planning paradigm, allowing users to efficiently manipulate strategic plans containing millions of data points with high performance and flexibility. Responsibilities: * Ability and willingness to fully understand the underlying business context, processes, motivators, and key concepts driving the project. * Capable of working autonomously on backend or frontend functionality while making system design and architecture decisions. * Comfortable writing clear and structured documentation, diagrams, and Architectural Decision Records (ADRs). Technical Expertise * Advanced Python programming experience. * Expertise in advanced data wrangling using Polars (or alternatives like Apache Spark or Pandas) and SQL. * Proficiency in building web applications, ideally using Dash and Mantine. * Experience deploying web applications to cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure. * Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing (e.g., using pytest and playwright).
