We leverage a network of high value\-adding affiliates in consulting and industrial excellence, and leading partners across multiple sectors to provide you with the most comprehensive services and solutions in an ever\-changing environment Responsibilities: * Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Full Stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH. * Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta Authorization Server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access control. * Define frontend engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management, and performance optimization. * Drive technical discussions with architects. * Produce Architecture Decision Records and contribute to long term technical roadmaps. * Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the full technology stack. * Lead code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk. * Mentor junior and mid level engineers. * Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials. Essential skills: * Strong experience in Full Stack development with Java and React.js. * Deep knowledge of IAM architecture, SSO, Okta, and OIDC. * Proven ability in software architecture and making technical decisions. * Technical leadership and mentoring experience. Desired skills: * Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Software Architect. * Advanced knowledge of Okta Authorization Server design. * Experience with multi brand or multi tenant access control. * Previous experience working with international architecture teams.
