In line with our growth and strengthening of operational structure, we seek to integrate a **Glazing Installation Coordinator**, who will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site glazing installation operations, ensuring high quality standards, compliance with scheduled deadlines, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise on-site glazing installation works; * Interpret project documentation, technical drawings, and opening maps; * Plan and manage teams, resources, and execution schedules; * Coordinate installation teams, external installers, and subcontractors; * Liaise with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders regarding site access dates, execution timelines, and on-site supervision; * Monitor installation progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and defined requirements; * Identify and anticipate operational constraints, implementing effective solutions; * Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices for on-site execution. **Desired Profile** * Proven experience and solid knowledge in the glazing field; * Experience coordinating teams, external installers, and subcontractors; * Leadership, communication, and team management skills; * Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities; * Strong goal orientation, focus on quality, and commitment to deadlines; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and problem-solving capability; * Willingness to travel. **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid company experiencing continuous growth; * Stable, dynamic, and collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for professional development and career progression; * Participation in large-scale and highly technically complex projects; * Exposure to innovative processes, solutions, and technologies.
