To reinforce our success, we are looking for a Shift Manager for one of our "Houses", who will support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in achieving company-defined store and team management objectives. About the Role: * Coordinate, develop, and motivate the in-store team, enhancing your colleagues' skills * Oversee the cash register and the entire store, maintaining—and whenever possible improving—our standards * Responsible for implementing staff safety protocols, monitoring HACCP compliance, and keeping the store clean and disinfected * Responsible for maintaining and ensuring proper operation of all store equipment Soft Skills: * Passion for Food Tech * Goal-oriented * Organizational and analytical skills * Negotiation, conflict management, and feedback delivery * Entrepreneurial mindset and stress management * Flexible schedule * Enthusiasm and positive attitude * Teamwork and communication skills Requirements: * Experience as an Assistant Manager (ideally in restaurants, bars, or cafés) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * English language level B2/C1 What We Offer: * Employment contract and salary commensurate with candidate's seniority * Opportunity to join a project from day one and understand how a successful company grows and evolves * Possibility to work across all our stores both within and outside Portugal * New colleagues and friends * Schedule: Full-time Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Compensation: €1,000.00 – €1,100.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work in Oeiras?
