### Every day, you work closely with customers and internal Siemens Energy teams to ensure the successful execution of long\-term service agreements across power generation assets. You coordinate maintenance activities for gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators, helping customers maximize reliability, availability, and operational performance. Whether managing planned outages, supporting urgent maintenance needs, or driving modernization initiatives, you keep projects moving forward while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Through strong stakeholder engagement and trusted customer relationships, you contribute to solutions that support efficiency, performance, and the energy transition.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**

### * Lead the execution of long\-term maintenance contracts for power generation assets, ensuring reliability, availability, safety, and quality targets are achieved.
* Coordinate planned outages, maintenance campaigns, repairs, field services, spare parts supply, and additional work arising from operational findings.
* Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and change management while collaborating with engineering, field service, EHS, finance, and commercial teams.
* Build and strengthen customer relationships by leading contract reviews, operational meetings, negotiations, and discussions focused on upgrades, modernization, and plant efficiency improvements.
* Support commercial growth through contract modifications, proposal preparation, and identification of opportunities that enhance customer value and expand project scope.
**What You Bring**

### * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with PMP certification.
* 3 to 5 years of project management experience in the power generation industry, ideally within gas turbine, steam turbine, generator, or related service environments.
* Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk and opportunity management, quality assurance, and compliance.
* Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to collaborate across international and cross\-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.
* Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
* Customer\-focused professional with strong analytical, problem\-solving, and leadership skills; German language proficiency is a plus.
