You will play a pivotal role in supplier relationship management, monitoring contractual and financial execution, and promoting governance practices that deliver business value and align with corporate objectives. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Manage the entire lifecycle of IT contracts, ensuring timely renewals and coordinating new RFP processes as required. * Monitor contractual financial performance, tracking consumption, costs, approved budgets, and financial optimization initiatives. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for supplier performance analysis and expense control. * Coordinate supplier committees, ensuring performance indicator tracking, deviation analysis, and identification of corrective actions. * Manage billing and payment processes, including purchase order issuance, application of contractual penalties, and continuous improvement of contract management processes. **Your Key Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and results orientation. * Negotiation and stakeholder management skills. * Organizational capability and ability to manage multiple priorities. **Your Key Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience in contract management, supplier management, or procurement—preferably within an IT context. * Knowledge of financial management, budgetary control, and cost monitoring. * Experience in preparing and overseeing RFP processes and contractual governance. * Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools. * Fluency in English, both spoken and written. **What We Offer*****:*** **Stable Professional Career** By working on Axians projects, you become a valuable asset to whom we aim to offer stability through a secure career path. **Career Advancement Prospects** You will have access to training programs and new certifications to further enhance your competencies.
