Main Activities: Studies, plans, prepares, and assesses projects within various fields of intervention of Civil Engineering, namely: * Stability Projects: planning load-bearing structures in buildings, retaining walls, fences, and other structures, taking into account geotechnical conditions and data, ensuring the safety of people and property, and using techniques and materials to optimize technical solutions; * Hydraulic Projects: planning and execution of works related to various uses of water resources, such as water drainage systems, sewage systems, water supply networks, irrigation systems, and drainage systems, optimizing the use of natural resources; * Transportation and Hydraulic Infrastructure Projects: designing road transport systems and networks, traffic circulation and parking plans, traffic management, signage and safety, drainage, and road geotechnics, ensuring safe movement of people and goods; * Construction Supervision: ensuring the technical, administrative, and organizational preparation of construction work in accordance with the execution project, monitoring compliance with technical specifications and time and financial schedules, and preparing technical reports; * Maintenance and Repair Projects for School and Municipal Buildings: preparing respective tender documents for construction works, developing supporting technical elements, collaborating on cost calculations for materials and labor based on given specifications, and also performing supervision to ensure compliance with project specifications; * Technical Assessment of Urban Intervention Projects and of urban development operations including land subdivision and illegally constructed buildings.
