Transmit information or documents using computers, mail, or fax machines. Operate standard office equipment beyond computers. Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software to draft letters, memos, and other documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date-stamping and distributing received items. Create and maintain computer-based and paper-based filing and organizational systems for records, reports, documents, etc. Write, copy, classify, and archive records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. Input and retrieve job-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
