This role involves building robust and scalable applications with direct impact on digital platforms used across global markets (USA, Europe, Asia), ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with industry best development practices.** * Develop backend functionalities, including data modeling and business logic, according to defined requirements. * Develop modern, responsive user interfaces based on mockups and functional specifications. * Analyze and fix bugs, ensuring application stability, performance, and quality. * Develop automated tests (unit tests), including mocking, to ensure acceptance criteria are met. * Produce clear, structured technical documentation for developed features. * Participate in requirement elicitation, estimation, and technical refinement processes. * Collaborate with software architects in defining solutions and application architecture. * Integrate and work with APIs, external services (payments, CRM, ERP), and third-party applications. * Explore new technologies and develop proofs of concept (PoCs). * Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and other technical teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. * Present developed solutions and features to stakeholders and internal clients. * Contribute to application performance optimization, SEO, and scalability. * **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. * **Minimum of 5\+ years of full\-stack software development experience.** * Proven experience developing e\-commerce or consumer\-facing applications. * Experience with technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar. * Experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and distributed architectures. * Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (minimum 2\+ years). * Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Maven, or similar). * Solid experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) and application of design patterns. * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred). * Knowledge of application security (OAuth, JWT, CORS, or similar). * Experience working in international environments and teams. * Strong analytical ability and focus on software quality. * Proactive, autonomous profile with continuous learning mindset. * **English proficiency (mandatory); German is a plus.** * **Permanent residency in Portugal and valid documentation authorizing work in the country.** **Work Location:** Lisbon **Work Model:** Hybrid (2 days in office)
