This team ensures the management, maintenance, and evolution of application infrastructures and technological platforms—both on-premises and in the Cloud. The mission is to ensure stability, efficiency, and technological evolution through rigorous administration and proactive infrastructure maintenance, guaranteeing continuous operation of critical applications. You will act as a support point for Application Support, Development, and Product Owner teams, promoting process automation, intelligent monitoring, and continuous innovation—contributing to operational excellence and a differentiated technological experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Systems and Platforms Administration (on-prem and Cloud); * Application server maintenance (Tomcat, Apache, Nginx, etc); * Support for Application Support, Development, and Product Owner teams; * Enhancement of automation, design of alerting and monitoring mechanisms; * Single point of contact/Dispatcher for the area; * Technical project follow-up assigned to the team; **Technical Requirements:** * Operating system administration: Scripting, Hardening, Tuning * **Application Maintenance, Operations, and Troubleshooting (Apache, MySQL, NGINX, HAProxy, …)** * Focus on System and Application Security * Strong Troubleshooting / Post-Mortem skills * Familiarity with monitoring and operational support platforms (Nagios, Prometheus, …) * **Networking knowledge and application/service load balancing** * Programming knowledge (Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, Go, ...) * CI/CD knowledge * Experience implementing services (new deployments and migrations) in Cloud environments (IaaS/Kubernetes/others) * **Operational Automation knowledge (Ansible/Terraform/Helm, …)** * Knowledge of core ITIL processes **Desired Profile:** * Dynamism, objectivity, and proactivity * Organizational ability and cross-team collaboration skills * Resilience and adaptability to change, diagnostic and problem-solving capability * Interpersonal communication skills * Motivation and customer orientation * English language proficiency * Availability for 24x7 preventive and intervention activities **What We Offer:** * Excellent work environment; * Competitive remuneration aligned with proven experience; * Opportunities for continuous training; * Health insurance including dental care; * 22 vacation days + birthday leave; * Hybrid work regime (Lisbon).
