We seek a dynamic, organized, and customer-oriented professional who wishes to integrate into an international environment and actively contribute to service excellence. **Main Responsibilities** * Order management and tracking (receiving, system entry, confirmation, and follow-up). * Daily interface with customers and sales team. * Monitoring delivery deadlines in coordination with Logistics and Supply Chain. * Handling complaints and returns. * Issuing credit/debit notes where applicable. * Supporting stock analysis and sales forecasting. * Updating data in ERP and CRM systems. * General administrative support to the sales department and Management. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles (multinational environment preferred) * Experience with ERP systems (Oracle is a plus) * Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English * Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability * High organizational skills and capacity to manage priorities * Team spirit and strong communication skills **We Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing multinational * Collaborative and multicultural work environment * Continuous training and development opportunities * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and associated benefits
