Responsibilities: * Continuous application monitoring via Dynatrace * Performance analysis, incident identification, and root cause analysis * Support for development and operations teams * Dashboard, alert, and metric configuration and optimization * SLA monitoring and production environment support * Proposing continuous improvements to application observability Essential skills: * Proven experience with Dynatrace (APM, Infrastructure, RUM, Synthetic) * Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments * Understanding of APM, application monitoring, and troubleshooting * Experience with logs, metrics, and tracing * Basic knowledge of networking and protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
