APV Manager Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of after-sales services delivered, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and workshop profitability. Acts as the liaison between the technical team and customers, translating technical information clearly and ensuring effective communication. Capable of managing after-sales and workshop processes in an organized and efficient manner; skilled in planning and monitoring performance indicators; possesses sufficient technical knowledge to understand mechanical interventions and support the team in communicating with customers. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Administration; Ability to work collaboratively in a team; Technical knowledge of automotive mechanics, vehicle maintenance and repair, as well as proficiency with digital management tools, scheduling platforms, and data analysis systems. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills; ability to manage conflicts and demanding situations professionally; organizational, analytical, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
