Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams **A Snapshot of Your Day** -------------------------- ### As an System Engineer within the Controls \& Digitalization team for Europe \& Africa, you will play a key role in delivering power generation projects from concept through commissioning. Your day may involve designing protection and excitation systems, creating detailed engineering documentation, supporting Factory Acceptance Tests, and collaborating with customers to ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing technical expertise throughout the entire project lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to build your engineering career while helping maintain critical delivery commitments and supporting the energy transition. **How You'll Make an Impact** ----------------------------- ### * Design and engineer electrical solutions for power generation and substation projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and customer requirements. * Develop high\-quality engineering documentation, including single\-line diagrams, circuit diagrams, tripping matrices, cabinet layouts, and network diagrams using CAD and EPLAN. * Configure and develop application software using specialized engineering tools such as DIGSI and Digureg PC\-Tool. * Support project execution through Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), installation supervision, commissioning activities, and technical troubleshooting. * Collaborate with bid management and commercial teams by contributing technical concepts, descriptions, and system pre\-sizing activities during proposal development. **What You Bring** ------------------ ### * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Energy or Power Systems. * Up to 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably within power generation, substations, or related infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of medium and high\-voltage power systems, generator protection systems, and excitation systems, including technologies such as SIPROTEC. * Experience using engineering design and schematic tools, including AutoCAD, CAD, EPLAN, and related system design applications. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities, combined with the ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams and customer environments. **About the Team** ------------------ ### You will join the Electrical Engineering team within the Controls \& Digitalization unit for Europe \& Africa. The team is responsible for delivering engineering solutions that support ongoing power generation projects and customer commitments across the region.
