We are looking for a AI Product Engineer who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity! \ **About KWAN** We connect IT professionals with projects that match their skills, professional experience, and goals, then we offer a career progression program, delivered by in\-house specialists \- our People Experience Partners \- to guide them through our journey with us. **The Challenge:** * Build and ship product features end\-to\-end, from idea to production. * Work closely with the founder on product vision, engineering decisions, and technical direction. * Turn user problems and ideas into simple, well\-executed product experiences. * Prototype quickly, test with real users, and iterate based on feedback. * Help define the foundations of the product and engineering culture. * Contribute to system design and technical architecture decisions. * Use AI tools in a practical and thoughtful way to accelerate development. * Contribute to product thinking, not just implementation. * Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across everything built. **What you bring to the table:** * 3\+ years of experience as an Software Engineer in contact with AI. * Fluency in English * Experience with Python, Flutter and React. * Experience with Claude Code and Codex. * Interest in AI\-assisted development and modern engineering workflows. * Strong product sense with attention to detail and usability. * Comfortable working in person with a small, focused team. **Do you meet most of the position requirements?
