As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s administrative, commercial, and logistics operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of internal processes and to the quality of service delivered to clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure handling of general office correspondence; * Perform billing processes and respective administrative follow-up; * Conduct bank reconciliations and document control; * Organize and maintain the administrative archive up to date; * Support the execution and control of inventories; * Provide administrative support to the Commercial, Distribution, and Warehouse departments; * Collaborate in managing and updating operational information required for the company’s daily operations. **Required Profile** * 12th grade or higher education in Accounting, Management, or a related field; * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in similar administrative roles; * Knowledge of Primavera ERP will be valued; * Knowledge of English will be valued; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities; * Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid and well-recognized company within its industry; * Diversified role with close interaction with Commercial, Logistics, and Finance departments; * Collaborative and stable work environment; * Opportunity for professional development and internal growth.
