We are looking for a DevOps / MLOps Engineer to join our Data \& AI team. What will your day-to-day look like at Glintt Next? * Management of cloud infrastructure and solution environments * Automation of deployments and pipelines * Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD processes * Implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) * Ensuring observability and monitoring of the platform, pipelines, and models * Supporting daily operationalization of predictions and recommendations * Ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience of the solution * Implementing monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting mechanisms * Supporting technical security management, access control, and networking * Collaborating with Data Engineering, ML Engineering, and architecture teams * Operational support of the solution in distributed and near real\-time environments What do we think you need? * Experience in DevOps, MLOps, or Platform Engineering * Ability to operationalize and automate data and AI/ML service platforms * Experience in observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting * Ability to work in distributed and scalable environments * Experience with cloud platforms and modern data/AI architectures * Profile oriented toward stability, performance, automation, and operational resilience What will you find at Glintt Next? * Incredible work environment; * Investment in your skills; * Respect for your individuality; * Autonomy and recognition for your success; * Facilities meticulously prepared so you feel at home; * Opportunity to work in a hybrid model.
