If yes, your future starts here!** 360imprimir/BIZAY is a Marketing products and services Marketplace **present in more than 50 countries and continuously growing due to its technological reinvention!** Our goal is to help and inspire Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to achieve successful communication by transforming how they develop and implement their marketing strategy. ###### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent; * MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred); * Organizational, analytical, and results-oriented skills. ###### **Main Responsibilities of this professional:** * Maintain a control system to ensure appropriate use of financial resources; * Manage the processing of accounting transactions, including: + Invoicing; + Accounts payable; + Collections and cash receipts. * Ensure timely updates to the chart of accounts, from which a set of financial statements is compiled; * Support internal and external audit processes by analyzing organizational financial reports and controls; * Review all financial contracts, agreements, and related insurance policies; * Supervise work performed by junior team members; * Develop and implement financial controls for all company expenditures; * Produce monthly reports on key outputs of performed financial controls
