Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Management Trainee Consultant to join our Operational Team and support process improvement projects by implementing management tools and Lean methodology. Initial and Continuous Training AA IMBS, a company specialized in implementing solutions focused on operational process improvement, is seeking an Operational Management Trainee Consultant to join its Operational Team in Lisbon, with the following profile: \-Academic qualifications at Bachelor’s level in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Management, or similar fields (higher academic qualifications will be excluded from the selection process); \-No prior Professional Internship completed through IEPF (Bachelor’s level); \-Availability to undertake a Professional Internship through IEPF (Bachelor’s level); \-Professional knowledge/experience in Consulting/Management/Industrial Engineering (1 year preferred); \-Knowledge of LEAN methodology (preferred); \-Residence in the Lisbon area (eliminatory criterion); \-Availability for travel across Portugal, including weekly stays outside the residence area (mandatory); \-Proficiency in Office Tools (Advanced Excel); \-Knowledge of Powertools and/or Power BI would be an asset. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Perform duties inherent to the position and support Project Teams in the following activities: \-Monitoring field processes (Production, Commercial, Administrative, Logistics, Financial); \-Implementation of Management and Lean tools to improve client profitability; \-Training client management personnel as required by the project; \-Execution of all assigned tasks according to the project timelines; \-Preparation of project summary reports. **PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:** **\-**Sense of responsibility; \-Strong communication skills; \-Professional appearance; \-Dynamism, organization, and proactivity; \-Motivation to achieve set objectives and embrace challenges; \-User-level computer literacy; \-Valid driver’s license (mandatory). **WE OFFER:** \-Training and participation in engaging and motivating projects; \-Integration into the Company's Career Development Plan; \-Meal allowance; \-Performance-based bonuses aligned with objectives; \-Initial and Continuous Training; \-Opportunity to join a dynamic company in continuous expansion.
