Engage in complex production incident resolution and root cause analysis **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain Java microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot, focusing on high\-throughput, low\-latency, and cloud\-native resilience; * Write unit, integration, and contract tests (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers) while supporting QA teams in test automation efforts; * Collaborate with architects, SRE, and security teams on technical design, refinements, code reviews, and observability (logging, tracing, metrics); * Perform root cause analysis for development/QA environments and act as L3 support for complex production incident resolution. **Profile:** * Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development and core concepts (concurrency, memory management, Spring Boot ecosystem); * Solid hands\-on experience with distributed cloud\-native architectures, containerization (Docker/Podman, Kubernetes), and event\-driven patterns; * Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL, or NewSQL databases (example: MongoDB, CockroachDB) and messaging/resilience patterns (circuit breakers, idempotency); * Experience with modern CI/CD practices, DevSecOps, and observability frameworks; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across cross\-functional teams (QA, SRE, Business, Security); * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and continuous improvement mindset for mission\-critical and financial systems.
