You collaborate closely with our Digital teams to ensure that AI systems are developed and used in a compliant, transparent, and trustworthy manner. You support stakeholders across our business areas and functions in understanding and implementing our AI Governance practices within their organizations. You drive awareness of our AI Governance framework and communicate about updates of regulations and practices across Siemens Energy. Passionate about the environment and climate change? Our team is looking for innovative, enthusiastic, and versatile data, digital, and AI professionals that will drive us forward on this exciting venture. **How You’ll Make a difference** * Continuously improve our AI Governance framework incl. standards, policies, guidelines in alignment with applicable regulations and internal requirements * Contribute to awareness\-raising and guidance materials to support the responsible and compliant use of AI within the organization * Conduct and review risk assessments for AI systems in collaboration with AI Governance Stewards across the enterprise * Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business areas and functions and support them in the consistent implementation of AI Governance requirements * Monitor regulatory and policy developments in the field of AI Governance and assess their potential impact on internal frameworks and policies **What You Bring** * Advanced degree in law or data science and at least 5 years of work experience in regulatory compliance and technology governance, ideally in a corporate environment * Proven experience in drafting policies, standards, frameworks, or governance documentation, preferably related to AI, data, or digital technologies * Solid understanding of AI technologies and core concepts combined with pronounced knowledge of AI Governance principles and AI\-related regulatory landscape * Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, structured, and practical governance documents * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to operate effectively in a multidisciplinary, multinational, global environment including external partners **About the Team** The Digital Core AI organization has been established and designed to help Siemens Energy achieve its mission by leveraging powerful AI capabilities to support customers in transitioning to a more sustainable world, by using innovative technologies and bringing ideas into reality. **Who is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
