This role will be instrumental in evolving from a delivery-focused data approach to a Data as a Product model, aligning strategic objectives with execution and promoting the creation of scalable, robust, and business-oriented data solutions. The candidate will play a pivotal role in defining the vision for data products, managing their lifecycle, and fostering a data-driven culture—collaborating across teams to ensure every initiative delivers real and measurable impact. **Requirements:** * 5+ years of experience in the **Data** domain, performing **Product Manager or Product Owner roles with a strong technical component** * Proven experience in **managing the full lifecycle of data products**, from vision definition through delivery and continuous evolution * Demonstrated experience in **stakeholder management** and leading complex initiatives in cross-functional environments * Ability to **lead discovery processes**, design, and implementation of solutions in highly complex contexts. **Technical Competencies:** * Solid knowledge of **data platforms, data architecture, and analytics engineering** * Experience with **scalable and modern data architectures** * Proficiency in **data modeling**, including dimensional modeling and other approaches aligned with business needs * Advanced **SQL** skills * Experience defining **data governance frameworks, data quality standards, metadata management, and data cataloging** * Familiarity with **cloud environments**, specifically **Azure**, **AWS**, **GCP**, or **Microsoft Fabric** * Experience with **modern Data Warehouses** * Knowledge of **Business Intelligence tools**, such as **Power BI, Tableau, or Looker** * Conceptual understanding of **CI/CD, Machine Learning workflows, and feature engineering** * Knowledge of **SLA definition, data contracts, and quality agreements** * Sensitivity to topics of **privacy**, **compliance**, and **cost optimization** in data environments.
