Description of the positions to be filled: The positions to be filled correspond to the performance of duties within the Senior Technician career/category, functional complexity level 3, as described in the Annex referenced in Article 88, paragraph 2 of the Public Employment Statute (LTFP): a) Advisory, research, planning, programming, evaluation, and application functions involving technical and/or scientific methods and processes that underpin and prepare decision-making; b) Independent or team-based preparation of opinions and projects of varying complexity, and execution of other general or specialized support activities in common, instrumental, and operational areas of agencies and services; c) Functions performed with responsibility and technical autonomy, even when operating under qualified higher-level supervision; d) Representation of the agency or service in matters pertaining to its specialty, making technical decisions framed by directives or higher-level guidance. e) Performance within the functional area of Psychologist, in the field of Educational Psychology, aiming to promote students' cognitive, emotional, social, and vocational development across three fundamental domains: Psychological and psychopedagogical support to students and teachers; Support for developing relationships and dynamics within the educational community; School and vocational guidance, including, inter alia, the following tasks: a. Psychological assessment (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and vocational); b. Diagnosis and follow-up of students with specific educational needs; c. Individual and/or group psychopedagogical interventions; d. Implementation of programs promoting socioemotional well-being; e. Development of preventive actions targeting risk behaviors; f. School and vocational guidance, particularly in the 9th and 12th grades; g. Support for transitions between educational cycles; h. Participation in Class Councils and technical meetings; i.
