Comprehensive responsibilities in fashion design and production **Constança Entrudo is looking for a Seamstress / Pattern Maker to join the team on a permanent basis.** Job Description This is an in-person, full-time position for a Seamstress / Pattern Maker at Constança Entrudo in Lisbon. Responsibilities include pattern making, garment construction, client communication, garment fittings, textile experimentation, and client follow-up. Required Profile * Minimum of 5 years of experience in haute couture; * Excellent garment construction and high-quality finishing skills; * Ability to interpret and develop patterns; * Experience in production preparation, including creation and revision of technical packs (tech packs); * Proactive attitude and ability to independently identify and implement technical solutions; * Interest in production processes and collection development; * Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written; * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and knowledge of digital pattern-making software (preferably Lectra or CLO 3D); * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
