This is not a "jack-of-all-trades" role: it is designed for individuals who want to learn quickly, engage directly with multiple business areas, and actively contribute to making processes more efficient. Work is organized around three main pillars: \- \*\*Project and Operations Support\*\* — monitoring corporate change projects (transport and assembly), with direct involvement in teams and on-site activities. \- \*\*Administrative and Control Support\*\* — supporting document management and internal control processes. \- \*\*Continuous Improvement\*\* — cross-functional observation of operations and proactive identification of process optimization opportunities, coordinated across various departments. Profile \- Genuine curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn \- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and departments \- Acuity and critical thinking to identify problems and propose improvements \- Organizational skills and rigor in administrative work \- Flexibility to alternate between office and warehouse environments \- Driver's license (preferred) Candidates eligible for hiring support measures are preferred, though this is not an elimination criterion.
