Type of operation Home delivery of furniture and household goods Heavy and bulky items Dynamic daily operation involving pickups, deliveries, and unforeseen events Main responsibilities Full warehouse management (one-man show) Goods receipt and verification Warehouse organization, loading, and stock management Load preparation and support in route planning Ensure daily cleaning, tidying, and proper functioning of the facility Operational management Management of pickups and returns Daily support to drivers and assistants Resolution of operational issues throughout the day Support to traffic and management Constant communication with the traffic operator and operations manager Updating of operational information Identification of process improvements Required profile Experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution (mandatory) Ability to work autonomously and responsibly Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities Good physical condition (heavy and bulky items) Stress resistance and ability to handle unforeseen events Practical mindset and sense of responsibility Driving license (valued) Conditions Base salary: 1,100€ IHT: 187€ Meal allowance: 6€/day Twelfth-month payments at 100% Overtime paid separately Stable position with real responsibility Integration into a growing company
