As a Department Manager at Lidl, you will support the Store Manager in daily tasks and be part of the store’s management team. You will be responsible for one department in our store and support other departments, collaborating closely with fellow Department Managers. You will also assist in managing the store team. **Your Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Support the Store Manager and other Department Managers in leading, motivating, and developing the team * Be responsible for one department in the store, while supporting all other departments * Be responsible for optimizing and managing all store processes * Analyze and monitor your department’s KPIs to ensure efficient cost management * Ensure store presentation, product freshness and availability, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Be responsible for product availability, planning, and receipt of goods. **Your Profile** ---------------- * Completed secondary education (12th grade). * Experience or interest in team management * Must have flexible working hours and availability to work weekends and holidays * Experience or interest in retail * Dynamic and versatile * Performance-oriented and goal-driven * Customer-focused * Strong communication skills are valued **Your Benefits** ---------------------- Being part of Lidl is different.
