The selected professional's primary responsibility is to ensure the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, thereby guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain operational readiness of various equipment within the unit; * Carry out defined corrective and preventive maintenance activities; * Support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other section-related tasks; * Record internal procedures using checklists; * Support hygienic\-sanitary maintenance operations; * Perform daily energy control measurements \- gas, electricity, and water; * Conduct periodic equipment maintenance; * Respond to maintenance requests from other departments; * Ensure tidiness and organization of department-related areas. **Requirements:** * Experience in maintenance of hotel buildings; * Technical\-vocational training in Maintenance (preferred); * Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance (electricity, carpentry, painting, plumbing, swimming pools, etc.); * Sensitivity towards preventive and corrective maintenance; * Organizational and planning skills; * Dynamic individual with a preference for teamwork; * Responsible, punctual, and assiduous; * Availability for rotating and shift-based schedules. **Shall we naturally stand out together?
