




Job Summary: Coordinate daily logistics operations, manage teams, organize warehouses, control stock, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality, food safety, and operational efficiency · Coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring proper planning of receiving, storage, order picking, and product dispatch activities. · Ensure correct organization of warehouse spaces and refrigerated chambers, guaranteeing compliance with storage rules, traceability, and stock rotation. · Assign tasks, guide, and supervise the logistics team, ensuring efficient execution of operations and achievement of established objectives. · Monitor the integrity and quality of stored products, taking immediate action upon detecting anomalies and reporting to Quality Department whenever necessary. · Monitor stock levels and support physical inventory, ensuring reliable system updates and periodic reconciliations. · Ensure correct use and maintenance of material handling equipment (pallet trucks, forklifts, etc.), reporting malfunctions or hazards to the Maintenance Department. · Collaborate with Planning and Production departments to define logistics priorities, ensuring delivery deadlines and production requirements are met. · Control documentation and records of incoming/outgoing goods, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal requirements. · Promote compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Good Hygiene Practices in the warehouse. · Support the Logistics Manager in analyzing operational KPIs (lead time, stock accuracy, productivity), proposing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. · Ensure effective communication with all interfacing departments (Production, Quality, Sales, Transport), guaranteeing a continuous and seamless logistics flow. · Perform other duties inherent to the role as required to ensure operational continuity. Minimum Required Education: 12th grade or equivalent Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional experience in similar roles; preferably with practical knowledge of the food industry. Technical Knowledge – Theoretical: User-level computer skills preferred; HACCP and food safety training; knowledge of product weighing processes and methods; Forklift Operator CAP certificate
