We are looking for a **Production Control Programming Technician II** for **Pombal**. Join us! **YOUR CHALLENGE** Reporting to the **Industrial Management and Operations Planning Department**, the employee will assume the following responsibilities: * Support and monitor the Production Plan; * Monitor manufacturing orders, identify deviations from the plan, record raw material and packaging material consumption, and ensure traceability; * Prepare technical lists of raw materials and packaging materials required for finished product production. * Develop and monitor Performance Indicators; * Participate in continuous improvement programs to implement actions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality; **WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** * Minimum education level: 12th grade; higher education qualification preferred; * Experience in industrial production control; * Up to 3 years’ experience in similar roles within an industrial environment (preferred); * Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP (preferred); * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Analytical ability, critical thinking, proactivity, and resilience; * Strong planning and organizational skills.
