Job Summary: Perform mid-complexity executive tasks related to client reception and general clinic administration, using and maintaining computer equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training Responsibilities Perform executive tasks by applying established methods and procedures according to defined directives and general instructions, at a mid level of complexity, related to client reception and general clinic or centralized services administration, using and maintaining the computer equipment and office supplies provided. You must follow the guidance of the Executive Committee (EC), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Regional Operations Director (ROD), and Administrative Coordinator (AC), specifically: Receiving and attending to clients; Answering telephone calls; Filing and organizing documentation; Verifying and confirming client data, such as contact information and health insurance details; Keeping the appointment scheduling system up to date; Providing administrative support to various clinic departments; Maintaining patient information confidentiality and security in accordance with privacy guidelines (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
