we are looking for a senior **Dynamics 365 Architect ( Reinsurance \& ILS Technology ) on a contract (Hybrid)** who would be responsible for the end\-to\-end architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within a Reinsurance \& Insurance\-Linked Securities (ILS) technology environment. The role provides technical leadership, architectural governance, and hands\-on expertise to deliver secure, scalable, and high\-performing CRM solutions aligned to business and IT strategy. **Key Skills** * Own the end\-to\-end architecture, design, and delivery of secure, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions * Act as the senior technical authority for Dynamics 365 (Sales and related modules) in a Reinsurance \& ILS context * Architect, configure, customise, and extend Model\-Driven Apps, including tables, forms, views, business rules, and security roles * Design and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Automate and related services * Lead the development and review of custom solutions using JavaScript, C\#, plugins, web resources, and custom workflow activities * Define and oversee integration architecture, ensuring performance, resilience, security, and data integrity * Produce high\-quality architectural artefacts (HLDs, MLDs, diagrams) aligned to enterprise standards * Design solutions across cloud, on\-premise, and hybrid environments, including Azure PaaS and containerised architectures * Translate complex business requirements into scalable, commercially viable technical designs * Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and domain experts to identify value\-driven solutions * Mentor and guide CRM and Power Platform engineers, championing best practices and continuous improvement * Ensure solutions align with wider IT strategy, architectural principles, and governance standards * Operate autonomously on complex architectural initiatives with accountability for solution quality * Work effectively within Agile delivery teams, supporting the full delivery lifecycle from discovery through BAU * Apply strong data modelling skills to clearly represent and communicate complex technical concepts Job Type: Contract Contract length: 6 months Pay: Up to 400\.00€ per month
