Main Responsibilities: * Daily production of traditional and specialty French-inspired breads (baguettes, croissants, brioche, etc.); * Preparation, fermentation, and baking of dough; * Quality control of finished products and raw materials; * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations; * Collaboration with the pastry team to develop new products. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Baker (preferably in artisanal or French bakeries); * Knowledge of natural fermentation and bread-making techniques; * Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and enthusiasm for teamwork; * Availability to work early morning shifts.
