At PConcept - Engineering and Construction, a company specialized in civil engineering and construction, we are recruiting to integrate our team for the position of Junior Civil Engineer in the Almodôvar area. **Responsibilities:** \- Monitor and support the management of different construction phases, ensuring compliance with planning, quality standards, and established deadlines, in coordination with all project stakeholders; \- Collaborate in the selection and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors according to the specific requirements of each project; \- Assist in organizing and controlling the resources necessary for carrying out the works (labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracting); \- Support the preparation of construction monitoring reports, analysis of deviations, and proposal of corrective measures whenever necessary; \- Participate in managing administrative processes and communication with clients, inspection teams, and external entities; \- Collaborate in supervising Quality, Safety, and Environmental conditions on site, promoting compliance with current regulations; \- Support the preparation of measurement records for subcontractors and production records with the Client; \- Provide assistance in contractual management with the Client and site supervision; \- Contribute to the economic control of the project by monitoring costs and supporting the preparation of financial reports. **Main Requirements:** \- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering; \- Strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation; \- Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, and Project software; \- Good skills in interpretation and reading of civil construction plans; \- Attendance and punctuality; \- Commitment; \- Immediate availability (preferred qualification). **Benefits:** \- Integration into a dynamic and ambitious project; \- Skills development and personal and professional growth; \- Multidisciplinary work team; \- Provision of work tools.
