We are in a phase of company and team growth, and therefore we are looking for a Nursery Supervisor, someone to manage production and get things done in one of our ornamental plant nurseries. Your main responsibilities will be: 1\. Develop daily work plans based on higher-level instructions; 2\. Implement daily, weekly and seasonal tasks; 3\. Organize work teams and assign tasks; 4\. Coordinate cultural operations (planting, sowing, watering, transplanting, pruning, etc.); 5\. Supervise plant development and ensure their good health; 6\. Supervise all operational areas of the nursery, ensuring functionality and efficiency; 7\. Motivate teams and integrate new employees; 8\. Collaborate closely with the maintenance team; 9\. Ensure constant cleanliness and organization of the nursery, equipment and facilities (canteen, office, warehouse). We need an autonomous, organized and proactive person who takes responsibility decisively and focuses on problem-solving, capable of working in fast-paced environments with constant pressure. The candidate must have basic computer skills (Word and Excel), English language knowledge, and a valid driver's license.
