The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Customer telephone support; * Execute all technical/administrative procedures related to the reservation process; * Promote upselling. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Business Administration; * Proven experience in the applied field; * User-level computer skills; * Knowledge of and experience operating the hotel property management system – Host; * Foreign language proficiency (spoken and written English – mandatory); * Clear diction and strong communication skills; * Customer-oriented attitude; * Dynamic, responsible, trustworthy and punctual; * Resilient, proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented. **Will you join us in being naturally distinctive?
