Job Summary: The Reservation Agent will record all details of incoming calls, coordinate reservations and ensure guest satisfaction, while promoting sales and achieving revenue targets. As a Reservation Agent, you will record all details of incoming calls and coordinate each reservation, ensuring guest satisfaction. What will you do? Encourage upselling and achieve the monthly revenue targets. Stay informed and provide information on the hotel's sales strategy, rates, packages, group bookings, and reservation status. Process and respond to all reservation requests within 24 hours, in accordance with established rules. Stay updated with current hotel information and data, particularly room types, rates, facilities, food & beverage departments, and promotions. Maximize product, service, and customer satisfaction quality levels. Ensure all guest satisfaction issues are reported, monitored, and verified in a timely manner. Oversee daily arrivals, ensuring all guest requests are fulfilled and all expectations met. Participate in hotel events, daily briefings, and training sessions to enhance professional competencies. What profile are we looking for? Education in Hotel Management, Tourism or related field (preferred); Commercial skills (experience in reservation management or commercial areas is valued); Customer service experience (preferred); Excellent communication skills; Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken, with ability to hold fluent conversations) (mandatory); Computer literacy and social media knowledge; Availability to work on performance-based objectives; Proactive and flexible profile; Hybrid work arrangement, with offices located in Faro, Algarve; Why choose us?
