Planning and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of municipal buildings, equipment, and infrastructure; . Assessing the conservation status and operational condition of municipal assets, identifying intervention needs; . Preparing maintenance and rehabilitation projects; . Developing maintenance plans, technical reports, opinions, and information documents; . Providing technical supervision of maintenance works carried out by external entities or through direct administration; . Providing technical supervision of maintenance and technical assistance contracts; . Offering technical support in preparing procedural documents related to public procurement of maintenance services; . Analyzing performance, safety, and efficiency of technical systems and equipment; . Ensuring compliance with and verifying legal, technical, safety, health, and environmental regulations; . Coordinating with other organic units and external entities; . Using maintenance management systems and supporting continuous service improvement. .
