We are currently seeking a **Bartender/Bartress** with the following qualifications: Requirements: * Minimum education level: 9th grade (preferably with bar-related training); * Solid knowledge of cocktails, mixed drinks, and mixology; * Prior experience in the role; * Good command of English (a mandatory requirement); * Team spirit; * Initiative and innovation; * Excellent sense of responsibility and organization; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; * Punctuality and attendance; * User-level computer skills; * Excellent personal presentation; * Strong sense of responsibility; * Friendliness and enthusiasm for customer service; * Excellent ability to work under pressure; Tasks and Responsibilities: * Ensure and guarantee service quality; * Serve customers in person; * Perform various bar services, especially in special situations, including welcoming and advising customers; * Maintain cleanliness and order of bar facilities, contributing to their optimal operation; * During service, ensure beverage service is prompt and efficient; * Adhere to the group's defined quality standards; * Ensure production areas are consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company hygiene regulations; * Guarantee compliance with HACCP standards.
