Initial and Continuous Training AA IMBS, a company specialized in implementing solutions focused on improving operational processes, is seeking an Operational Management Trainee Consultant to join its Operational Team in Lisbon, with the following profile: \- Academic qualifications at Bachelor’s level in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Management, or similar fields (higher academic qualifications will be excluded from the selection process); \- Never having completed a Professional Internship through IEPF (Bachelor’s level); \- Availability to undertake a Professional Internship through IEPF (Bachelor’s level); \- Knowledge/Professional experience in Consulting/Management/Industrial Engineering (1 year preferred); \- Knowledge of LEAN methodology (preferred); \- Residence in the Lisbon area (mandatory requirement); \- Availability for travel across Portugal, including weekly stays outside the residence area (mandatory); \- Proficiency in Office tools (Advanced Excel); \- Knowledge of Powertools and/or Power BI would be an advantage. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Perform duties inherent to the position and support project teams in the following activities: \- Monitoring field processes (production, commercial, administrative, logistics, financial); \- Implementing management and Lean tools to improve client profitability; \- Training client management personnel as required by the project; \- Executing all assigned tasks according to the project timelines; \- Preparing project summary reports. **PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:** **\-** Sense of responsibility; \- Strong communication skills; \- Professional appearance; \- Dynamism, organization, and proactivity; \- Motivation to achieve set objectives and embrace challenges; \- User-level computer literacy; \- Valid driver’s license (mandatory). **WE OFFER:** \- Training and participation in engaging and motivating projects; \- Integration into the Company’s Career Development Plan; \- Meal allowance; \- Performance-based bonuses; \- Initial and continuous training; \- Integration into a dynamic company undergoing continuous expansion.
