Positive work environment and growth opportunities REPSOL IN SINES IS LOOKING TO HIRE **Maintenance Work Planner** We are looking for a professional to work at the Sines Industrial Complex as a Planner for static and dynamic equipment maintenance tasks. Your main mission will be preparing maintenance work for static equipment and other trades, in accordance with the Company's established Ethics and Conduct Principles, and Safety, Environment, and Quality procedures. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Apply planning techniques based on work preparations to promote coordination of sequential activities and ensure availability of necessary resources for work execution; * Schedule and plan according to agreed deadlines and assign processes to relevant stakeholders; * Monitor and control work execution to implement necessary adjustments due to delays or advances, whenever justified by circumstances; * Execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs; * Prepare statistical reports related to maintenance activities; * Draft service specifications/tender documents and validate technical proposals for materials and services. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 12th grade education, with experience in preparation, planning, and budgeting of maintenance work across various specialties; * Experience in executing or coordinating/supervising maintenance work on site; * Proficiency in end-user computer tools, including SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Project; * Solid knowledge of static and dynamic equipment maintenance, welded construction, and applied materials; * Positive attitude, initiative, collaboration, teamwork, responsibility, and results orientation; * Languages: Portuguese \- Native language, English \- B1, Spanish \- B1\. **WE OFFER** A positive work environment focused on quality and rigor.
