Rigour and organization in surface protection and cleaning **Urbiportral, Lda.**, headquartered in the municipality of Sintra, is recruiting **Civil Construction Painters** to join its team. **Work Location:** Our current construction sites are concentrated primarily in the areas of **São Domingos de Rana** and **Mem Martins**. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience:** In-depth professional knowledge of surface preparation (sanding, bituminous coating, and insulation); * **Technical proficiency:** Mastery of various techniques (roller, brush, and preferably *airless*); * **Material knowledge:** Ability to select and apply primers, water-based paints, enamels, and varnishes; * **Rigour and organization:** Careful protection of surfaces (floors, windows, furniture) and cleaning of the worksite; * **Personal vehicle** (preferred). **We offer:** * Opportunity to join long-term projects (**Employment Contract**); * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * **Meal allowance** payment (via card or daily cash value); * Career progression opportunities. **Applications:** Send your CV to **apoio@urbiportral.pt** or contact us at **\+351 919 299 620**.
