The professional will be responsible for managing and coordinating teams and subcontractors to execute building construction and rehabilitation projects, including specialized works. We seek a candidate with solid industry experience and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise on-site activities. * Ensure quality and finish standards in executed works. * Ensure works are completed within established deadlines. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Collaborate with engineers and architects during project execution. * Manage and motivate internal and subcontracted teams. * Supervise material deliveries at the construction site. * Manage on-site material stock levels and place orders as required. Requirements: * Proven experience in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of construction and rehabilitation techniques. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings across various disciplines.
