Factory environment experience is valued **Printing Operator (Rolls) \- Massamá** We are recruiting a Printing Operator to work with rolls in an industrial setting at a company located in Massamá. **Responsibilities** * Loading and unloading rolls (cardboard, film, self-adhesive material) * Assisting in mounting and dismounting cylinders and clichés * Preparing the printing press with inks and varnishes according to job requirements * Supporting the production process and performing quality control * Cleaning printing equipment * Organizing and cleaning the workplace * Sorting waste materials in accordance with regulations * Complying with safety rules and using personal protective equipment (PPE) **Profile** * Experience in a factory environment * Immediate availability and willingness to work shifts/overtime * Residence in the Massamá area or nearby * Own vehicle or convenient transportation access * Sense of responsibility and organizational skills **Conditions** * Base salary \+ Shift allowance \+ Attendance bonus * Working hours: Monday to Friday * Rotating 3-shift schedule * Location: Massamá Note: Only selected candidates will be contacted.
