Its ambition: to push the boundaries of infrastructure\-free indoor geolocation and establish itself as a global technological benchmark. **2/ Job description** As a UX/UI Designer at Find\&Order, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces for both internal and external tools. You will leverage a Design Thinking approach to create intuitive and engaging experiences. You will closely collaborate with the product, development, and marketing teams to design and optimize user interfaces, integrating innovative 3D elements using specialized tools like Unity and our internal platforms. Your role will involve applying graphic creativity to develop visually compelling designs, as well as contributing to 3D modeling and visual communication efforts, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to create user\-centered designs that align with both business objectives and user needs. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, bringing creative ideas to the table, and thriving in a fast\-paced startup environment. As a UX/UI Designer, your core tasks will include designing engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with the Product Owner to understand project requirements and user needs, conducting user research, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs. You will also ensure that your design solutions are usable, accessible, and consistent across all platforms, while proactively contributing innovative ideas to continuously improve the user experience. You should be comfortable adapting to ever\-changing priorities in an agile working environment. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with proven expertise in UX/UI design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing your work. You should be able to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks effectively, and possess strong problem\-solving skills with a creative approach to design challenges. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) are required due to the international nature of the role, and knowledge of French is a plus, but not mandatory.
