We are a young and dynamic team with talented individuals, and we are currently recruiting a Sales Assistant (m/f) for the Colombo Shopping Centre to continue our success. Main Responsibilities: Providing personalized customer service and support, addressing customers' needs while meeting the quality and excellence standards upheld by our brand. Customer follow-up and loyalty management; Support in the store's daily operational management, among other duties. The Talent We Are Looking For: More than 3 years of professional experience; Completion of secondary education (12th grade), university enrollment, or bachelor's degree; Availability to work rotating shifts; Language skills (English mandatory); Excellent communication skills; Customer orientation; Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork; Good organizational skills, sense of responsibility, commitment, and autonomy; Empathetic and communicative profile; Immediate and full availability.
